Warning: If you proceed with these instructions,any pre-existing local calendar and contact information on the iPhone will be deleted by Exchange and replaced with your Exchange calendar and contact information. If you use MobileMe, the Exchange calendars will appear in the listing of Calendars separate from MobileMe calendars.
- From the home screen, choose Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then Add Account.
- Choose Exchange.

- Enter your Email address, Password, and a description of the account. Tap Next.

Clik here to view. - In the Server field enter exactivesync2010.utoronto.ca . Keep Domain blank. For Username, enter your UTORid.

Clik here to view. - Once the iPhone has confirmed connectivity with the Exchange server, you will be asked which type of folders to synchronize. By default Email, Contacts, and Calendars are selected.
Once you save this information, the device will begin to synchronize. When it is done, your iPhone will be configured for your UTORexchange account.
