Change Ownership for a shared UTmail+ mailbox

Although Shared Mailboxes can have multiple owners, there is only one designated as the official owner. 

To change the official ownership of a shared UTmail+ mailbox, the current owner should:

1. Contact Robarts Reader Registration at reader.reg@utoronto.ca to transfer ownership of the shared mailbox over to the new owner.
2. Once the shared mailbox owner has been updated by Reader Registration, send an email request to help.desk@utoronto.ca and state: I am the owner of this mailbox and I want the new owner to be:  UTORid of new owner

Please note the new owner must have a UTmail+ account.
