Configuring BlackBerry Hub on BlackBerry (Android OS) for UTmail+ (Faculty and Staff)

If you wish to use the Blackberry Hub application follow these instructions:

1. Open the Blackberry Hub App.
2. Tap the menu button (three lines) in the top left corner.
3. Tap Add account.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your @utoronto.ca email address and tap Manual Setup.
   
   
   
   
5. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
6. Enter in the following information and tap Next:
   
   
   
   
   Email Address:  (usually of the form firstname.lastname@utoronto.ca) 
   Username: (this is the same as your email address and is usually of the form firstname.lastname@utoronto.ca).
   Password: your UTORid password
   Server address: outlook.office365.com
   Port: 443
   Security Type: SSL/TLS
   
   
7. A Remote security administration pop up should appear. Tap OK.
8. An account options window should appear. Confirm that the settings are okay for your needs and tap Next.
9. A pop up will appear asking you to update your security settings. Tap OK.
10. An Device Administrator screen should appear. Tap Activate.
11. You should see that setup is complete. Enter an account name and tap Finished.
