Note: If you are a student with staff status who has both a UTmail+ account and a UTORmail account, and you wish to keep receiving email at your @utoronto.ca address, do not use these instructions. See the article on Managing multiple accounts for Students with Staff Status for more information.
If you are a student only, and migrated to UTmail+ from UTORmail, these instructions will describe how to set up UTORmail as a connected acount in UTmail+. Please note that you may need to make arrangements with your local Help Desk to assist with this since messages received prior to October 31, 2012 may no longer be available without their assistance.
Note: UTmail+ cannot import messages which are larger than 17.5 MB (17920 KB), or have more than 100 attachments.
If you are unsure about how these criteria may apply to your account, please consult the guide for Mailbox preparation.
