Description
UTORexchange is an integrated system combining one's email, calendar, and address book. It is only avalable to U of T faculty and staff. Listed below are several aspects of UTORexchange that are supported by the Information Commons Help Desk.
Migration

Post Migration Preparation — Moving Personal Folders and Contacts. If you migrated from UTORmail to UTORexchange, you should complete these steps before you set up your mail profile in Outlook.

UTORexchange for Mobile and Tablet Devices

- iOS 6 and up — Synchronize Email, Calendar, and Contacts — Using Exchange Activesync you can synchronize your UTmail+ messages, calendard, and contacts with your mobile device.
- iOS 5 — Synchronize Email, Calendar, and Contacts — Using Exchange Activesync you can synchronize your UTORexchange messages, calendars, and contacts with your mobile device.

- Android 5.x — Synchronize Email, Calendar, and Contacts — Using Exchange Activesync you can synchronize your UTORexchange messages, calendars, and contacts with your mobile device.
- Android 4.x — Synchronize Email, Calendar, and Contacts — Using Exchange Activesync you can synchronize your UTORexchange messages, calendars, and contacts with your mobile device.

- Synchronize Email, Calendar and Contacts on OS 10— Anyone who wishes to receive UTORexchange email on their Blackberry OS 10 can set it up using Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- Synchronize Email on OS6 — Anyone who wishes to receive UTORexchange email on their Blackberry can use the University's Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES).

Help with UTORexchange
Recovering Deleted Messages
Please note that the mail administrators cannot restore UTORexchange folders. If you need to recover deleted messages, you should use the Recover Deleted Items feature available in Outlook on a Windows machine, or in the web interface. The articles below provide instructions on using the feature. If you have problems using it, contact your local IT support person, or one of the Help Desks .

Other mail clients such as Thunderbird, Outlook for Mac and Entourage do not allow email recovery. Use the OWA web access instead.
