Office 365 ProPlus for Windows

Windows
Microsoft Office 2013 for Windows includes:

  • Word 2013
  • Excel 2013
  • PowerPoint 2013
  • OneNote 2013
  • Access 2013
  • Publisher 2013
  • Outlook 2013
  • Lync 2013
  • InfoPath 2013

Note: Your installation might differ slightly from instructions shown below depending on your operating system and computer login account. Contact the Help Desk if you have any questions.

  1. Log into UTmail+
  2. Click the settings icon and choose Office 365 settings.

  3. Click the Software option.

  4. Under Office, click Install

  5. Choose a location and click Save File to save the .exe setup file.

  6. Double-click the .exe file to begin the installation.
  7. A Microsoft Office progress screen will appear. Once it’s finished, click Next in the Welcome screen.

  8. Choose your preferred options for the Customer Experience Improvement Program. Read the license agreement and click Accept to continue.

  9. Click Next to get to the Sign in screen, then click Sign in.

  10. Enter your UTmail+ address and click Next.

  11. Choose Organizational Account.

  12. In the next screen, enter your password and click Sign In.

  13. Office will complete installation, after which you can use the software.
